Taxi Services

• 24 hours before pickup: No charges

• 12 hours before pickup: 20% of the fare will be charged

• Less than 6 hours before pickup: 50% of the fare will be charged

• If the driver has already reached the pickup location: Full day charges apply

Himachal Tour Packages

• 15 days or more before tour start: 10% of the total package cost will be charged

• 7–14 days before tour start: 25% of the total package cost will be charged

• 3–6 days before tour start: 50% of the total package cost will be charged

• Less than 72 hours before tour start / No show: 100% of the package cost will be charged

Refund Policy

• Refunds for online or advance payments are processed within 2–3 business days.

• If the cancellation is due to an issue from our side, a full refund will be provided.
